BACKGROUND & PHILOSOPHY
My approach to working with people is accepting, caring and non-judgmental, as well as practical and grounded.
When people face challenges and experience feelings such as fear, panic, anxiety, depression, anger, grief and loneliness, or behavioral problems with children, it becomes difficult to cope effectively with day to day stresses.
I help people to get clarity about their problems, and to connect with their own inner wisdom, creativity, loving and healing. This allows for a natural emergence of positive choices, good solutions, and actions that are in alignment with their true selves and deepest desires.
I work with couples and families on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and developing more trust and self-acceptance, which helps to improve closeness and positive feelings in relationships.
I offer Sandplay Therapy for both adults and children, a non-verbal technique designed for healing of trauma and personal growth.
